I have dealt with HD for a few years, been to many of the dealerships however, this positive experience completely overshadows any other dealer:I work in Afghanistan so while I purchased the bike thru the military program it was delivered to Rommel HD in Annapolis, my local dealer. Like most people I wanted a few add-ons. I contacted the Service Manager, Mr. Mike Gibbons by email and after a few discussions about the best add-ons and costs etc we settled on what I wanted. Mike's advice was completely spot-on. I also have a painter out in Dayton, OH and would need the bike disassembled, the parts shipped and reassembled upon return. Mike not only oversaw the entire process but ensured everything was correct. Truly a professional. I asked Mike to pick out some decent highway pegs etc, and frankly his choice was even better than I could have chosen. In short, the Road King is spectacular, well done, and exactly as I had hoped, maybe even better. Pat from financing finished up the details with my wife (as I said, I AM in Afghanistan) and the entire process was smooth and well...perfect. Of course there were a few glitches with getting the paint and a bit of shipping dents fixed (yes, Mike oversaw that too) but it was done, done right and done well. I will ONLY go to Rommel HD. Frankly, the service, the showroom, the staff, right down to the clothing and parts sales, is about the best there is. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Mike, you top off my tours in Afghanistan perfectly. Thank you all, Great experience, excellent dealership.

Rommel Harley Davidson is Awesome !!!!! They made my trade-in and purchase of a new 2016 bike easy. I appreciated that I was very welcomed by everyone at the dealer. All who work there are very eager to help you with anything you need. My sales guide Mike Murphy is the best !!!!! He spent time with me making me understand the differences between the new bikes I was looking at purchasing before I came to a decision. Then he took me on a nice test drive where I could get some in town, back road and highway experience. You need to do this to really see what the bike has to offer. I was sold after the test ride. Mike helped me with my trade-in and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Pat in financing was so sweet and helpful. She made everything clear to me about the purchase and protection plans as well as all financing on the bike. I would recommend Rommel Harley Davidson of Annapolis to all I know. They are in my opinion the top dealership in Maryland. I have been to most of the dealers in Maryland and this one is open 7 days and week with a staff that is eager to help you as you walk through the door no matter what your need is for going there. I am proud to say I am part of the Rommel family now and look forward to seeing my friends there for some upcoming events. Thanks, guys for everything I truly appreciate it. I left a comment here after I took my class in June 2014. Yet forgot to leave a comment regarding when I purchased my motorcycle. Days after my class was over, I felt so confident, I decided I wanted a motorcycle of my own. I met Frank and Danny (asst. sales manager) and I found the candy orange bike of my dreams (2014 V-Rod Night Rod) They both made the buying process easy and painless and in less then 2 hours, I was on the road. Since then the bike has been in for repairs and maintenance. Mike G/Alex/Justin/Chops/Bill in Service are always awesome. I don't see it as a chore taking the bike to the 'dealer' for service.I have spoken to and gotten to know everyone from the GM and down and everyone is top-notch. I am going to be in the market to purchase and new Road-Glide. I will ONLY purchase from Rommel Harley of Annapolis. Thanks, guys for all you do.

The entire staff is great to work with & very professional. the dealership welcomed me & helped me every step of the way. The GM, Lyndon Abell & Sale manager, Keith Brooks helped me with the selection. Scott & Tom in parts were great. Pat Dagley explained the paper work. Onion did a great job on the custom parts install. Rommel Annapolis is a great dealership & professional staff which made my new purchase an awesome experience!!

Murphy the salesman did not rush or pressure me. He made himself available to allow me to ride any & multiple bikes to find the right fit for me as this is my 1st bike. He also worked with the mechanics to make sure the clutch & brake were retrofitted with an adjustable clutch & break so my small hands could reach safely. He & Pat the finance manager worked hard to get the bike I wanted in my price range. The staff in every dept.at Rommel were Knowledgeable, approachable & friendly. The safety course was fantastic &would recommend to all. I'm satisfied w/ my purchase &experience at this dealership & look forward to events there, as well as outfitting my bike. I feel welcomed & can't wait to be more involved in the HOG community.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in the Harley Davidson Riding Academy. My class met on March 7 to 9 2016. Seems my skill level required that I return on March 12 to retake the operational portion of the class, passing, and earning my endorsement. I want to share my sense of the experience. Having spent more than thirty years in senior marketing and management positions I am aware of the challenges of educating employees and customers as well as developing program effectiveness.

The days that I spent with your team were impressive. Classroom presentations were interesting, concise, intuitive, informative and very thorough. They built a good knowledge base and anticipation for the riding days to follow. On course activities were equally focused and delivered clearly, kindly, and patiently. Instructor knowledge and expertise were very apparent. I was impressed with the instructors' anticipation of students' needs and questions. While experience can account for some of this, understanding the individual in such a short time is a keenly developed skill that most do not achieve. Your team members that I met were nothing short of best of the best. This compliment also extends to the in-store employees that delivered information on the clothing, safety gear, motorcycles, and service. Thank you and Riding Coaches Ed Walker, George Bess, Bridgette Labossiere and Darryl Davis for an experience that exceeded all expectations. I look forward to becoming a long-time customer for Rommel and Harley Davidson and wish you the very best in the future.

I have been buying H-D motorcycles since 1975 from the mid-west to the east coast. From the sales department to, parts, service and motor clothes everyone has always been outstanding and also understanding and very helpful in everyway. I'm not home a lot and my wife has to attend to some of the business of our motorcycles as she has her own H-D street Glide. Rommel H-D treats her just as any other motorcycle enthusiast. There are not many H-D dealerships that treat women just like the men, believe me I have been in many H-D dealerships. This to me means a lot when I can trust the dealer to be as honest with her as myself. If your looking for anything for your H-D motorcycle email, call or stop in at Rommel H-D. I prefer the Delaware dealership, only because I have dealt more with that shop. I'm sure they are all equal.
